購買須知及條款政策

 1. 本平台產品不可兌換現金其他服務。

2. 只限登記者使用,產品或服務不得轉讓及退款

3. 客人購買後需填寫有效聯繫電話,客服將於 3 個工作天內透過WhatsApp或致電聯絡確認服務時間及注意事項。

4. 所有購買之檢測或疫苗注射項目屬普查及預防性質,不作診斷或治療之用途。

5. 客人需要攜帶有效身份證明文件疫苗接種卡(針卡)(如需要)以兌換產品或服務。

6. 購買之服務必須於購買後 90 天內首次使用。包括附加產品或贈品的領取

7. 客戶購買後 90內使用產品時,如產品下架或推出更新版本取代(如疫苗),可支付差額獲取最新產品 退款。

8. 客戶購買產品或服務時,如套餐中贈品附加贈送服務缺貨或更新,新都享有最終解釋權。

9. 個別產品服務會指定診所提供;贈品附加服務可能需於其他診所領取或使用。

10. 購買產品服務前請詳細閱讀產品須知。客戶購買即已瞭解相關內容

11. 購買前請與醫護人員查詢是否適合接受該專案(身體檢查、疫苗等)付款後將設有條件退款。

12. 費用已包括首次注射或體檢前的醫療簡單評估。若閣下有其他醫療問題諮詢醫生,將按正常診症收費。兌換服務當日評估不宜接受購買之服務有機會支付醫生診症費用,以及退款產生之5%行政費。

13. 如更改日期或時間需提前 48 小時聯絡預約診所或平客服,首次可免費更改。

14. 購買本產品即表示閱讀並同意新都醫療“條款及細則”“隱私政策”。

15. 新都醫療保留隨時更改或終止產品之權利,怒不另行通知。

16. 如有任何爭議,新都醫療保留最終解釋權。


【退款政策】

顧客可因以下情況申請更換或退款:

1.
健康原因: 若經註冊醫生評估確認因健康原因無法接受購買之服務或產品,請透過 WhatsApp852-5100 8909)、Emailcs@newtownmedical.com.hk)、微信(newtown2025)聯絡我們,並提供相關證明。經審核後,將獲退款,但需扣除醫生診症費用(如有有在本中心接受評估)及需扣除因退款而產生的5%行政費。

2. 服務原因: 如機構暫停相關產品之服務 或 疫苗缺貨等原因導致無法提供相關服務,公司將安排退款,需無需扣除行政費。

如有任何爭議,新都醫療保留隨時修改條款及最終解釋權。

Terms and Conditions

  1. Products cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  2. Products or services are for the registered user only and non-transferable and non-refundable.
  3. After purchase, customers must provide a valid contact number. Customer service will contact the customer via WhatsApp or phone within 3 working days to confirm service time and details.
  4. All purchased tests or vaccine injections are for screening and preventive purposes only and are not intended for diagnosis or treatment.
  5. Customers must bring valid identification documents and vaccination card (if required) to redeem products or services.
  6. Purchased services must be used for the first time within 90 days of purchase, including the redemption of additional products or gifts.
  7. If a product is discontinued or replaced with an updated version (e.g., a vaccine) within 90 days of purchase, customers may pay the price difference to obtain the latest product or request a refund.
  8. If gifts or additional services included in a package are out of stock or updated, Newtown Medical reserves the right of final interpretation.
  9. Certain products or services will be provided by designated clinics; gifts or additional services may need to be collected or used at other clinics.
  10. Please read the product information carefully before purchasing. By purchasing, customers acknowledge understanding of the relevant details.
  11. Before purchasing, consult healthcare professionals to confirm suitability for the service (e.g., health check-ups, vaccines). Conditional refunds may apply after payment.
  12. The fee includes a basic medical assessment before the first injection or health check-up. Consultations for other medical issues will incur standard consultation fees. If the customer is deemed unsuitable for the purchased service on the day of redemption, a doctor’s consultation fee and a 5% administrative fee for refunds may apply.
  13. To change the date or time, contact the appointment clinic or platform customer service at least 48 hours in advance. The first change is free.
  14. By purchasing this product, the customer acknowledges having read and agreed to New Town Medical’s “Terms and Conditions” and “Privacy Policy.”
  15. New Town Medical reserves the right to modify or terminate products at any time without prior notice.
  16. In case of any disputes, Newtown Medical reserves the right of final interpretation.


 

Refund Policy

Customers may apply for a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Health Reasons: If a registered doctor determines that the customer is unable to receive the purchased service or product due to health reasons, please contact us via WhatsApp (852-5100 8909), Email (cs@newtownmedical.com.hk), or WeChat (newtown2025) and provide relevant proof. Upon review, a refund will be issued, subject to deduction of the doctor’s consultation fee (if assessed at our center) and a 5% administrative fee for the refund.
  2. Service Reasons: If the institution suspends the service of the relevant product or if the vaccine is out of stock, resulting in the inability to provide the service, the company will arrange a refund without deducting an administrative fee.

In case of any disputes, Newtown Medical reserves the right to modify the terms and retains the right of final interpretation.

Refund Process

Contact us → Provide order number and proof → Submit relevant documentation (if required) → Newtown customer service representative will contact you to understand details and provide assistance → Upon review, the refund process will be arranged.
